Private Fitness Classes

Do you need to entertain a group of people? Want to bring a group together? Need some stress relief? Recreation Services and KU Fit are here to help. We are now offering private group fitness classes either on-site at Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center (ASRFC) or at your location by request. Sessions will be led by a KU Recreation Services group fitness instructor or personal trainer.

Scheduling a Private Fitness Class

To request a private fitness class, please complete the web form at least 2 weeks in advance. All entries will be addressed as soon as possible. For questions or assistance, please contact KU Fit at 785-864-1387 or kufit@ku.edu

Policies

Class options are subject to availability of instructors and space. All participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to participating (forms will be provided at the class). Fees must be paid in full prior to session. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required for cancellation and re-scheduling, otherwise loss of fee.  Private classes held at ASRFC may request to use equipment and is subject to availability.  Equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was issued.  Off-site classes are not able to use any equipment.
