Fit 4 U

KU Recreation Services offers a fitness assessment program (Fit 4 U) that includes an assessment of your resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and body fat percentage.

After the assessment, an exercise specialist will review your results and assist you in determining and working toward fitness goals.

It is recommended to have a follow-up assessment after 3-6 months to check your progress.

*The first session of any Personal Training Package will be devoted to a FIT4U Fitness Assessment.
