CRT Orientation Registration
The Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center (ASRFC) offers a free cardiovascular resistance training (CRT) Orientation. This orientation consists of a 45-minute session introducing participants to up to 12 pieces of selectorized equipment (only selectorized equipment will be demonstrated), as well as cardio equipment upon request. The ASRFC CRT staff will assist members in finding the correct seat adjustments and a basic weight/load guideline will be provided.
A CRT Orientation is not a personal training session; an exercise program will not be designed for the participant. A participant wanting to work towards specific fitness goals after completing the orientation or who wants to learn about other machines or body weight exercises is encouraged to utilize personal training services. Nutrition advice will also not be given.
Participants should dress in appropriate workout attire for the orientation. Each participant is only eligible once for the CRT Orientation. Orientations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance by directly contacting the assigned CRT staff. After the second improper cancellation, participants will not be eligible to sign up. ASRFC membership is required.
