Everyone has the capability to be fit. I became a personal trainer to help people realize that capability. I’ve got a background in CrossFit and I’ve competed in powerlifting. I also run and swim. My favorite workouts are short, high-intensity, and usually include either deadlifts or cleans. My biggest goal is continual improvement. I hope my clients leave each workout feeling happy, healthy, and strong.
