KU Fit Group Exercise
KU Fit is a fun and social way to exercise. There are over 25 classes per week of cardio, strength, mind/body and functional training provided to help you create a well-rounded fitness regime. You can download the Spring '19 schedule here!
Certified fitness instructors motivate and lead your mind and body through a workout to increase fitness and reduce stress. Modifications and options are provided in every class allowing all fitness levels to participate.
KU Fit is a fee-based service. KU Fit passes allow participants to take part in an unlimited amount of KU Fit classes during the specified times and dates. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes expire within the semester of purchase.
*Upon hire, KU Fit Group Fitness Instructors have a nationally recognized group fitness certification; completed an in-house workshop; or completed a semester-long, in-house training and are certified within 6 months of hire.
