I wanted to become a personal trainer to help guide those who may be lost in their fitness journey, inspire those lacking motivation, and create the best versions of themselves. Currently, I am training for functional fitness/ hypertrophy. Throughout my fitness journey, however, I have had experience with training for injury prevention, sport-specific training, and resistance training. Overall, I want to help improve the quality of life for those I can work alongside.
