To signup, simply get a Payroll Deduction Form from the Administration Office (Rm. 103) turn it in. During that time, we will activate your employee KUID.

*Spouse/Domestic Partner memberships of Faculty/Staff are not eligible for payroll deduction*

Kansas Memorial Union employees should contact their HR Office on the third level of the Kansas union if interested in payroll deduction.

Payroll deduction is not available for personnel classified as Affiliates (including KU Endowment Association, KU Athletics, Inc., and KU ROTC).
