KU Fit Group Exercise

KU Fit group fitness classes are a fun and social way to reduce stress, exercise, and stay healthy! New this semester are virtual classes that are taken in the comfort of your own home.

KU Fit Instructors motivate and lead your mind and body through a workout to increase fitness and reduce stress. Modifications and options are provided in every class allowing all fitness levels to participate.

*Upon hire, KU Fit Group Fitness Instructors have a nationally recognized group fitness certification; completed an in-house workshop; or completed a semester-long, in-house training and are certified within 6 months of hire.
