Facility Reservation Request

***We will not begin booking any request for Fall 2024 Semester (8/25/2024 and beyond) until August 11th. All requests will be booked in the order they are received, so do not wait to submit your request! New pricing will apply to all programs dated starting Sept 1 regardless of when the initial request is submitted. ***

Please use this form to submit a request to reserve space or to schedule a special event at the following KU Recreation Services facilities:

  • Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center
  • Shenk Sports Complex
  • Central District Turf Field
  • Sand Volleyball Courts
  • Tennis Courts

All requests must be completed and submitted AT MINIMUM 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that completion of this application does not guarantee approval. Applicants may inquire about the status of a request by emailing Kirsten King, Assistant Director, Outdoor Pursuits and Special Events.
