KU Fit Schedules


Please view the KU Fit Summer 2023 schedule below. These classes will run from Monday, June 5th through Friday, July 28th, and require a KU Fit Pass. Contact us for a printable version of the schedule.

You can also view the KU Fit schedule on the KU Recreation Services app. Search "KU Recreation Services 2.0" on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. Once in the app, tap "KU Fit Classes" to view the schedule.

To activate your KU Fit Pass, please stop in the Admin Office, Room #103, or pay online through our Recstore website. Activation required prior to taking a KU Fit class.

5:45 - 6:30 pm: Cycle with Jordan in the Cycle Studio

6:45 - 7:30pm: WERQ Dance™ with Ryce in the Aerobics Studio

 

4:00 - 4:45 pm: Pilates + Barre with Lydia in the Aerobics Studio

5:00 - 5:45 pm: Boxing + Conditioning with Paty in the Aerobics Studio

6:00 - 6:45 pm: Barre Above™ with Catherine in the Aerobics Studio
