KU Fit Schedules


Please view the KU Fit Summer 2024 schedule below. These classes will run from Monday June 3rd through Friday July 26th, and require a KU Fit Pass. Contact us for a printable version of the schedule.

You can also view the KU Fit schedule on the KU Recreation Services app. Search "KU Recreation Services 2.0" on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. Once in the app, tap "KU Fit Classes" to view the schedule.

To activate your KU Fit Pass, please stop in the Admin Office, Room #103, or pay online through our Recstore website. Activation required prior to taking a KU Fit class.

6:00 - 6:45 pm: HIIT with Megan in the Aerobics Studio

4:00 - 4:45 pm: Pilates with Lydia in the Aerobics Studio

5:00 - 5:45 pm: Full-Body Strength with Brett in the Aerobics Studio
