KU Fit Schedule


The KU Fit Spring 2026 schedule is listed below. A KU Fit pass is required to attend classes. Purchase a half semester pass to attend unlimited classes for the rest of the spring semester! A KU Fit Pass may be purchased at Ambler or online through RecStore. 

Free KU Fit classes during finals week, May 11th through 14th, 2026.

  • 12:00-12:45pm: Full-Body Strength with Cody in the Aerobics Studio
  • 4:00-4:45pm: Vinyasa Yoga with Denae in the Aerobics Studio
  • 8:00-8:45am: Power Yoga with Denae in the Aerobics Studio
  • 8:00-8:45am: HIIT Cycle with Maddie in the Cycle Studio
  • 4:00-4:45pm: WERQ Dance Fitness with Anna in the Aerobics Studio
  • 5:00-5:45pm: Vinyasa Yoga with Addison in the Aerobics Studio
  • 6:00-6:45pm: BodyPump with Claire in the Aerobics Studio
  • 12:00-12:45pm: Full-Body Strength with Cody in the Aerobics Studio
  • 8:00-8:45am: Vinyasa Yoga with Denae in the Aerobics Studio
