KU FIT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (Alphabetically)
Barre Above™ delivers a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout.
This barbell and free weights class is all about light/moderate weight loads and high repetition movements to gain strength and burn bodyfat. (Note: Bodypump™ 45 is the 45-minute format of the class.)
This 45-min fast-paced class combines aerobic movements, bodyweight exercises, and interval training for a fun and challenging workout!
A combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises to help you focus on good form and building muscular strength.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focuses on short, intense bursts of exercises and increasing the heart rate.
This class provides you with a great cardiovascular workout! Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.
