Faculty/Staff

Faculty/Staff who are currently employed on the Lawrence campus, Edwards campus, or KU Medical Center are eligible to purchase a membership to the ASRFC. Verification of status will occur prior to activation of membership. Currently employed faculty/staff must bring KU Photo ID with them.

Currently employed faculty/staff are eligible for a one-time one-week trial at no charge.

Steps to purchase a membership (First time)

  • Visit the administrative office and bring your KUID to process a membership
    • For hours the administrative office is open, click here
  • Visit https://recstore.ku.edu/, clicking Sign-in at the top right-hand corder and clicking the blue KU Login button. (It will redirect to KU SSO)

Steps to purchase a membership (Renewals)

  • Visit the administrative office and bring your KUID to renew your membership -or- 
  • Visit https://recstore.ku.edu/, clicking Sign-in at the top right-hand corder and clicking the blue KU Login button. (It will redirect to KU SSO)
