Emma became a KU Fit Instructor because she got a KU Fit pass as a freshman and was inspired by the instructors. She enjoyed the creative and encouraging space and wanted to spread more through teaching Les Mills Shapes. Emma hopes participants feel more motivated and stronger each day after leaving her class.
