The Sport Club Program Manager plays a vital role in supporting the mission of KU Recreation Services by providing oversight, guidance, and strategic support to a diverse portfolio of over 30 competitive and recreational sport clubs. This position holds direct responsibility for 10 designated clubs, assisting with their day-to-day operations and long-term development. Key areas of focus include program administration, student leadership development, risk management, budget oversight, and event coordination. The Sport Club Program Manager cultivates an inclusive, student-focused environment that emphasizes wellness, leadership, personal growth, and active engagement.

Molly currently serves as the Operations Program Manager. Focusing on staff scheduling, on-campus practice and competition facility reservations, inventory management, staff and club officer meetings.
