Megan has always been passionate about fitness so she decided to become a KU Fit Instructor to share this passion with others. Her aim is to be inclusive, welcoming, and encouraging in all her classes. Her other fitness interests include doing martial arts and lifting weights. She also loves spending time outside be either hiking or running.
