Mikayla started yoga to help improve her flexibility and her fitness as a gymnast. She quickly fell in love with the practice and decided she wanted to share her passion for yoga with others. She hopes all her participants walk out of class feeling not only the physical, but also the mental and emotional benefits of yoga.
