Brett has loved being active for as long as he can remember. Whether it was playing sports or lifting in the gym, he has always found exercising to be something that is enjoyable.

He wanted to become a KU Fit instructor to help create an environment where people can work out and pursue their fitness goals while also being able to socialize with people who also enjoy exercising. He hopes participants feel excited to improve their muscle strength and enjoy all of the physical and mental benefits that come with exercise while also having fun.
