In high school, Maren played varsity lacrosse and had the absolute best time! During the pandemic, she wanted to find a new way to exercise to stay busy. She started with HIIT workouts and her dad got her hooked on outdoor cycling. Since then, her passion for outdoor and indoor cycling has grown tremendously! She's excited to instruct and get to know her participants better!
