Rates - Facility

Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center

Facility reservation rates are based upon the degree of affiliation with the University of Kansas, the activity area(s), and mission of the event (revenue vs. non-revenue) generated events.

There will be no Facility Rental Charges for KU Student Organizations with special events that qualify. Please note, there will be Special Event Monitor charges for those events, which includes a minimum of 15 minutes pre- and post-event.

NOTE: The University of Kansas retains the right to review and adjust rates annually.
